I'd screwed up my address, and the product was returned to the sender. Brett got in touch with me immediately and offered to reship the badge holder to my correct address free of charge. It's not even the what that matters so much to me, but the how is important - quick responses and friendly service go a long way.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with these folks again.

The product is great - it feels of quality, works as described, and will allow me to keep my yubikey handy with less hassle.
